Opportunity framework

The integrated* opportunity framework within the Location Performance module allows you to investigate underlying causes for deviations from the benchmark. The framework allows you to benchmark specific sales performance KPIs in a structured way so you'll be able to answer the following questions:

  • Identify the right actions to manage underperformers towards their maximum potential
  • Why are my normal performing locations not profitable and which real estate solutions should I consider?

It is best practise to benchmark KPIs within a certain location cluster and that the Sales KPIs are grouped and analysed in three classes: activation, loyalty and conversion. Those sales KPIs should only be analysed within the primary catchment area to correctly benchmark your locations.
