Deviation (LPF)

Deviation is the percentage difference between the benchmark and real sales from your Location Performance Framework: 

• (Benchmark - Real Sales ) / Real Sales = % deviation
  • < 0: Benchmark is lower than the real sales → Underestimating the performance
  • > 0: Benchmark is higher than the real sales → Overestimating the performance
