Sales KPIs
A sales KPI is a metric to track the performance of a location.
Sales KPIs can be simple metrics such as turnover, number of visitors, number of clients, etc. or can be calculated metrics such as average basket or penetration rate. Which sales KPI to configure is a consultancy decision. Some examples:
To assess the performances of your locations and to define which growth activities to implement to boost performances, we subdivided the sales KPIs into 3 explanatory classes:
- Activation indicators such as Penetration, or number of unique customers
- Loyalty indicators such as frequency or churn rate
- Conversion indicators such as average basket or satisfaction scores
