Future state period

What is the Future State?

The Future State is a separate baseline period that includes assumptions about the future evolution of the network beyond the most recent updates captured in the Current State.

How is the Future State used?

The Future State is used in the Optimize module and includes additional assumptions such as:

  • Online growth
  • Overall growth
  • Changes in customer profile
  • Increased NPS (Net Promoter Score)
  • Newer interior design, etc.

The optimization phase begins from the Future State, allowing users to plan for strategic network developments and improvements.
